- Signing up with the Union offers various benefits, beyond the standard labor relations services provided to all members.
- According to ONA’s Constitution, a member with additional “Entitlements” must have completed the application form once, be employed within an ONA Bargaining Unit, and have paid dues in the past 12 months or be on an approved leave of absence (LOA).
- Members with Entitlements can participate in general Union meetings, run for office, vote in elections, apply for ONA bursaries and scholarships, and receive Union publications and communications, all of which contribute to building a stronger Union without any extra costs.
